We are seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to provide front-of-house support for our client, Elettromeccanica Cassarino. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service.
Responsibilities
* Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
* Answering and transferring incoming calls
* Managing the reception area to maintain a tidy and professional environment
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting other departments as required
* Booking meeting rooms and managing schedules
Requirements
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
