Roselands Resourcing are proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Lewes who are looking to appoint a HR & Recruitment Coordinator on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (with potential to go permanent)

As HR & Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR and recruitment service, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering accurate, professional work.
About the HR Coordinator Role
Reporting into the HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the HR function, supporting recruitment activity, onboarding new starters, maintaining HR systems, and providing day-to-day HR guidance. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing to continuous improvement and helping shape HR processes in a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including drafting adverts, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, and tracking onboarding
* Carry out pre-employment checks such as references and right-to-work documentation & prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and new starter documentation
* Maintain accurate employee records within the HR Information System
* Support employee relations processes, including meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up correspondence
* Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and documentation such as work instructions and templates
* Support payroll administration by preparing and logging monthly instructions
HR Coordinator: What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Experience working in a busy HR or recruitment environment &strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Someone happy to travel to site in Lewes, East Sussex at least 4 days per week
* Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
* High level of professionalism, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude
