What the Video Content Creator job involves As a key part of the marketing and brand team, youll be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content that showcases the companys products, people, and values. Your work will support campaigns across digital platforms including social media, websites, and YouTube. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Planning, filming, and editing engaging video content in line with marketing campaigns. Collaborating with various departments to gather stories and ideas worth telling. Managing and organising digital media assets. Bringing creativity and energy to a fast-moving team environment. Skills required Were looking for someone who: Has strong videography and video editing skills. Is proficient with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar. Understands how to tailor content for different platforms (Websites, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Has a keen eye for storytelling, detail, and branding. Works well under pressure and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Whether youre a self-starter eager to begin your creative career or youre bringing previous experience to the table, what matters most is your attitude, creativity, and desire to make a difference. Other information This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 3 days per week). All employees benefit from a quarterly 10% profit share bonus.
