Your new role
As a KS3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Support whole-class teaching across a range of subjects.
2. Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.
3. Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with lower-level abilities to help them reach their full potential.
4. Assist with classroom management and provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (KS3 preferred).
6. Strongmunication and organisational skills.
7. Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
8. A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.
