Are you a talented Quality Assurance Engineer ready to make an impact in the Aerospace industry? Carbon60 is seeking a Responsible Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic client based in Stevenage on a 12 month contract.
As the Responsible Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and performing Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure product quality meets the stated requirements. You will lead the prevention and quality improvements of Spacecraft Production processes, manage the completion of corrective and preventative actions, and drive the efficient management of non-conformance and cost of non-quality reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain a Quality Surveillance Plan (QSP) in accordance with project requirements
- Chair gate reviews and ensure all related actions are implemented
- Manage all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) within the defined scope using problem-solving tools
- Promote and conduct risk analyses, and participate in the implementation and follow-up of preventive actions
- Elaborate audit plans and perform flash and process audits
- Support the elaboration and efficiency of performance dialogue/SQCDP in the working area
To be successful in this role, you will need:
