Job Title: Physiotherapy Team Lead - Outpatients – 30-37.5 hours per week

Salary: £40,500 per annum

An exciting opportunity has emerged within a recently expanded facility, accommodating various patient types and services. We are currently seeking an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to lead the Outpatient Physiotherapy Team.
The Physiotherapy department oversees post-operative orthopaedic and general musculo-skeletal caseloads, pelvic health service, paediatrics, respiratory, and vestibular rehabilitation. The team operates within seven well-equipped treatment rooms, including a fully equipped gym. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the outpatient physiotherapy service, reporting to the Physiotherapy Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the out-patient physiotherapy team, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective services.
* Implement service delivery projects and coordinate training activities.
* Review patient documentation, conduct audits, and participate in PDRs.
* Collaborate with the physiotherapy manager to maintain a high standard of care.
* Demonstrate leadership, innovation, and improvement in orthopaedic/MSK services.
Qualifications and Skills:
* HCPC and CSP registered.
* Proven experience in leadership and promoting innovation.
* Excellent knowledge of orthopaedics and MSK physiotherapy.
* Ability to organise and prioritise independently.
* Strong communication, accuracy, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in clinical audits and utilisation of outcome tools.
* Demonstrated excellent clinical reasoning processes.
* Familiarity with CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice and Rules of Professional Conduct.
* Work within the governance framework of the hospital and comply with regulatory standards (CQC).
* Understanding of the Private sector would be advantageous.
