SEN Teaching Assistant - Newbury - ASAP Start
SEN in the Mainstream Primary (Graduates and Experience in SEN ideal). Supporting ASD or SEMH 1-2-1. This is a SEN TA role within a Mainstream Primary School in Newbury.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1-2-1 support for pupils with Autism or Social and Emotional Mental Health needs (SEMH) in a Year 1 or Year 4 class.
* Support students with Maths and English where appropriate and assist with classroom activities.
* Assist in managing challenging behaviour where required, promoting a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
* Degree level education preferred; Level 3 and above accepted.
* Experience in SEN or working with children in primary/secondary or SEN settings is desirable.
* Previous experience with children who have EHCPs is ideal (in classroom, sports, childcare, or other settings).
* Strong background in Maths and English is ideal.

* Contract: Full-time
* Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Pay: £89 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
* Location: Newbury
