About the Role
Join a collaborative, cross-functional team shaping the future of legal technology. You'll apply your legal expertise to support the development of AI-driven solutions by creating and evaluating high-quality training data. As a senior team member, you'll also mentor colleagues and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support AI development
* Provide clear, actionable feedback to technical and product teams
* Create and maintain training data and evaluation sets
* Promote responsible and ethical AI practices
* Support team leads and contribute to stakeholder presentations
Requirements:
* Qualified legal professional with 3+ years PQE
* Strong legal research and writing skills
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work in diverse teams
* Interest in AI and machine learning (technical experience not required)
* Familiarity with agile or lean methodologies
* Comfortable using tools like Excel and PowerPoint
