Global, US-headquartered law firm with a fantastic reputation is recruiting for an experienced Benefits & Payroll Co-Ordinator to join their team.
You’ll be the main point of contact for all pension and benefit related queries and work closely with the payroll team within accounts to manage the monthly payroll and run and check the benefits provider reports.
Key duties will include:
* Implementing the benefits strategy for the London Office in conjunction with the firm’s benefits broker and the HR Director.
* Ensuring the firm’s benefits offerings stay competitive within the market.
* Introducing new benefits and amending existing offerings, working with the Marketing team to launch these.
* Coordinating the annual benefits renewal process in conjunction with the HR Director.
* Assisting the HR team in benchmarking salary data for the annual salary and bonus review process.
* Being the primary contact for all brokers, benefit vendors, and administrators, managing those relationships.
* Participating actively in the Wellness Committee.
To apply, you should already be working in Benefits & Payroll within a professional office environment, with knowledge of integrated benefits systems. You should be highly collaborative, interested in the subject matter, well-organized, willing to take on project work, and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
