Our client, a growing contractor, is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and support projects from pre-contract through to final account. The Role The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, subcontract management, and commercial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost plans, valuations, and final accounts Manage subcontractor procurement and payments Monitor budgets and prepare cost forecasts Assist with contract administration and risk management Provide commercial support to project teams Candidate Requirements Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS role Strong commercial and analytical skills Knowledge of construction contracts and cost control processes What’s on Offer Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Training and career development opportunities Company pension and benefits package
