With over 4,000 customers in our Mid-Market sector across various industries, and partnerships with some of the world’s leading IT and cybersecurity brands, this is a fantastic opportunity for those eager to advance their sales careers. In a fast-paced industry where new technologies emerge regularly, you will play a vital role in providing valuable advice and recommendations on a range of end-user hardware and peripherals to meet our customers' diverse business needs. You’ll collaborate with experienced Account Managers and Product Specialists to ensure the retention and growth of our existing customer base. What We’re Looking For: A customer-focused individual with the natural ability to build trusting relationships by delivering solid advice and top-notch service. A proactive approach, as a significant part of your role will involve reaching out to existing customers to encourage them to purchase end-user hardware through our innovative solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to handle incoming inquiries, customer queries, and resolve issues effectively. A knack for advising customers on the best hardware and licensing applications while keeping an eye on achieving sales targets. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Achieving Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly goals to drive business success. Proactive Outreach : Engage customers to identify needs for additional products and services. Building Relationships : Develop trust and rapport with clients for lasting partnerships. Responding to Requests : Address inquiries and provide timely quotations. Collaborating with Specialists : Share feedback and identify sales opportunities. Maintaining Records : Keep accurate customer interaction records. Contributing to Initiatives : Input ideas on new products and follow up promptly. Preparing Documentation : Ensure accurate sales order preparation. Staying Updated : Keep informed on tech trends to communicate benefits to customers.
