We're Hiring: Key Account Manager - Foodservice Equipment (UK Wide)
Salary: Basic £45-50,000, OTE £11,000 + Company Car + Benefits
Location: Midlands ideally but flexible - Field-based, UK
Reports To: National Sales Manager

We're working exclusively with a market-leading manufacturer of premium foodservice equipment to appoint a Key Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected brand at the forefront of innovation and service excellence, with a strong reputation in the UK hospitality and foodservice market.
About the Role:
As Key Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind winning and growing national accounts across the UK. Your primary focus? Securing new business opportunities and expanding long-term partnerships that increase equipment and service sales.
You'll play a key role in:
· Delivering monthly sales and gross margin targets
· Developing and executing strategic account development plans
· Leading tender responses, proposals and commercial negotiations
· Acting as the central point of contact for key stakeholders
· Tracking market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities
· Collaborating across departments to ensure exceptional customer delivery
What We're Looking For:
· Proven track record in new business and account management experience
· You will have experience of selling via distributors and have dealt with end users
· A confident negotiator with strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver solutions
· Excellent relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence
· Self-motivated, organised and data-savvy - comfortable producing pipeline reports and forecasts
· It would be beneficial if you have a background within food, catering equipment, commercial kitchens, or a related service industry
