An excellent opportunity has arisen within Redditch and Bromsgrove for an experienced Outreach Support Manager (Internally known as a Project Manager)to join our highly successful Homeless prevention and Rough Sleeper Service.
You'll need to have a flexible approach to working to meet the needs of the service. Being highly responsive to reports of homelessness and rough sleeping across Redditch and Bromsgrove. Travel will be required between service areas and the head office in Gloucestershire.
It will also include line management of a team of dedicated outreach workers who are delivering the Service. Working in partnership with Stakeholders, Statutory and non-statutory partners and reporting on KPI’s contractual, legal and quality audit requirements.

You'll have an opportunity to expand services that make a real difference in the lives of rough sleepers and people who are currently homeless.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be patient, kind, resilient, and professional, with a calm and caring approach.
Please note, you will need a full drivers licence and your own vehicle with business insurance cover. 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with an early start at 6:30am once per week.

^Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
^^Contracted staff only. Business mileage (45p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home to the allocated workplace location and back. You'll need a well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and Insurance covering business use.
