Our aim is to work consistently to provide excellence for every student. This unique, non-teaching role is central to supporting pupils, families and staff in ensuring every child thrives in school. You will be the first point of contact for families on attendance and pastoral matters, working closely with pupils, parents and staff to promote excellent attendance, positive behaviour, and strong home–school relationships. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, who can support families, build trust with families and help pupils overcome barriers to attendance and learning.

Job Purpose

To build and promote positive home–school relationships, improve pupil attendance, and support pastoral and behaviour needs across the school. To work with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and ensure all pupils are fully engaged in school life.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

* Collaboration: Work closely with safeguarding leads and external agencies to identify and support vulnerable pupils. Participate in relevant meetings and case conferences.

We Offer

* A warm, supportive school community where staff and pupils are valued.
* A therapeutic environment that prioritises wellbeing and holistic education.
* Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
* The chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of our pupils.
