Job Title: Commercial Administrator Location: Leatherhead Salary: £24,570 per annum Overview We're looking for an organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join a busy Commercial Repairs Administration team based in Leatherhead. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Repairs team. Manage and process job orders, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate appointments and updates. Maintain records, reports, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with internal procedures. Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and other financial administration as required. Handle incoming calls and emails, offering professional and efficient service to all stakeholders. Support the team with general office duties and any additional administrative tasks as needed. Skills & Experience Previous experience in an administrative or repairs coordination role is desirable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a busy environment. A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to providing excellent service. Working Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday.
