£40,000-£50,000.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch.
Ensure high standards of care, compliance and client safety.
Maintain the company’s ethos of fairness and compassion.
Lead with empathy, approachability and a strong understanding of staff wellbeing.
Develop business growth through referrals, community presence and professional networks.
Use the Birdie digital system confidently to ensure full digital compliance, accuracy and efficiency.
Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism and a holistic approach.
Organise client engagement initiatives such as local outings.
Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards ensuring visit times are honoured in full.
Participate in on-call duties in emergency situations supporting the senior team when required.
Registered Care Manager Requirements:
Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service in the UK.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Strong leadership, delegation and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and supporting team development.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
