GXO is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager at our new Castore site in Knowsley, Liverpool. You will support the management of the site finance department, including weekly forecasts, P&L reconciliations, budgeting, and period-end reporting, ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines.
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.

Responsibilities include:
1. Completing weekly and monthly management accounts
2. Providing detailed analysis and reporting to stakeholders
3. Building relationships with key stakeholders
4. Supporting operational excellence through initiative and judgment
Qualifications and experience:
* Proven experience in management accounting
* CIMA / ACCA student or AAT qualified or equivalent
* Strong stakeholder relationship skills
* Knowledge of open book accounting is a plus
