Job Description
As an Azure IaaS Customer Engineer, you will provide advisory, architecture, consulting, and support services to help customers design, implement, and optimize Azure infrastructure solutions.

* Well-Architected Framework (and implementation of concepts)

* Other general Azure infrastructure areas (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.)
Nice to Have
* Understanding of competitor clouds and comparisons to Azure
* Technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management
* 8+ years experience with customer‑facing roles in systems architecture, administration, operations, software support, IT consulting, on‑premises and cloud support or consulting for enterprise and/or government customers, and advanced troubleshooting
* Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
* Proven track record in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing cloud environments
* Azure certifications (Solutions Architect Expert; Security Engineer Associate; Administrator Associate)
* Ability to work independently
* Customer service, problem solving, communication skills, and ability to interpret needs of customer executives and leaders
* Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred
* BA/BS (or higher) in Information Technology or equivalent experience
* Expert level of Microsoft enterprise software product offerings
* Excellent demonstrated customer service skills
