Position: Sales Manager - UK & North EU – Composites/Technical Textiles
Location: England (preferably home office in the Greater Manchester region or Benelux)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Fixed gross annual salary + 15% performance incentives + company car
Start Date: Immediate or as agreed
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales across the UK, Benelux, and Scandinavian markets for a leading global manufacturer specializing in technical textiles and composites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage sales activities and foster growth in the assigned territories.
2. Promote innovative solutions for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and construction.
3. Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
5. Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic planning.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, R&D, back office) and external clients.
7. Represent the company at international trade fairs and support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Materials, Textiles, or Composites).
2. 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management within the composites industry.
3. Strong negotiation, sales, and business development skills.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
5. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
