We’re working with a fast‑growing software products and services company looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on brand building, content strategy, and campaign execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketer to shape the voice of multiple brands within the group, including software and SaaS solutions, while driving growth and customer engagement.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for multi‑channel content, branding, and campaign activity. From planning strategy to delivering results, you’ll manage social, email, paid activity, events, and more. You’ll work closely with sales and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and deliver a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and publish content across websites, blogs, email, and social
* Deliver end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from brief to execution and reporting
* Manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters and automations
* Oversee social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and track performance
* Support and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns, directly or with agencies
* Collaborate with internal teams and external designers/freelancers to create assets
* Report on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations
* Manage campaign budgets to ensure ROI
* Run campaigns to support events, exhibitions, and webinars
About You
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within software/SaaS
* Strong background in content creation, branding, and digital campaigns
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Brevo, CRM systems, SEO, Canva, WordPress, and Office Suite
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or Marketing Communications
* A proactive, organised marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
