5 Month Temporary position
Salary - £13.50 - £14.50 / hour
Responsibilities
* Process purchase invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Assist with the preparation of payment runs and ensure all payments are made within agreed terms.
* Maintain accurate records of transactions and assist in month-end closing procedures.
Experience
* Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role is essential.
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy are crucial for this position.
