IT Help Desk Engineer Wanted
This role will be primarily based in our office in Lancing, with flexibility to work from home occasionally and visit customer sites as needed. The successful candidate should have experience working in an MSP environment in a 1st / 2nd line support role.
Experience
* Administration and support of Office 365
* Experience working in an MSP environment
* Administration of Windows Server, Windows Pro, and Mac OSX
* Support of Windows 10 & 11
* Support of third-party applications such as anti-virus and common accounting software
* Use of RMM software for remote access and diagnostics
* Support of network devices like firewalls, routers, wireless networks, and switches
* Upgrading common computer hardware
Remuneration
* Base salary up to £25k per year, depending on experience
* Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
* Participation in a performance-related bonus scheme
* Option to join the company pension scheme
* Up to 37 days off per year, including bank holidays, your birthday, and long-term service bonuses after two years; initially up to 32 days
* Occasional paid overtime and/or time off in lieu
* Potential progression into a Field Engineer role with a company van
