I am currently looking for a General Manager to lead a luxury hotel group with 3 hotels in the North of England. This hotel set within an exceptional natural landscape, this unique estate combines high-end accommodation, destination dining, and wellness experiences to create a refined, immersive guest offering. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven leader to take full ownership of a multi-faceted property with significant growth potential. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of the estate, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving strong commercial performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Full P&L ownership, driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence
2. Leading and developing a high-performing team across all departments
3. Elevating the guest experience across rooms, F&B, and wellness offerings
4. Driving commercial strategy across pricing, positioning, and market segmentation
5. Building strong local partnerships and brand presence
6. Ensuring best-in-class service standards and operational delivery
Requirements:
7. A proven General Manager or senior hotel leader within luxury or lifestyle hospitality
8. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability
9. Experience in multi-revenue stream environments (rooms, F&B, wellness, experiences)
10. A hands-on, visible leadership style with a passion for team development
11. A strong understanding of guest experience within a premium or experience-led brand
12. Ideally experience in destination or resort-style properties
