Key Responsibilities:
* Safely load and unload materials, products, or equipment from trucks, containers, or pallets.
* Lift, carry, and move some heavy items throughout the work site or warehouse.
* Assist with organising, stacking, and securing materials in designated areas.
* Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and site-specific rules.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Perform other general labour duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Previous experience in general labour, warehouse work preferred (but not essential).
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects repeatedly throughout the shift.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
