My goal is to increase view count, audience retention, and subscribers through high-quality, highly engaging edits. I'm looking for a creative editor who understands YouTube culture across reactions, gaming, and comedic skits, and knows how to make videos exciting, funny, and binge-worthy.
My editing style inspiration includes creators like Coryxkenshin, H20 Delirious, Berleezy, LazarBeam, Mike Trollinski, and MrBeast — meaning energetic pacing, personality-driven edits, humor, and strong viewer retention.

Responsibilities
•Edit reaction videos, gaming content, and skits to be fast-paced, entertaining, and highly engaging
•Create strong hooks within the first 30 seconds to improve audience retention
•Add motion graphics, visual effects, and dynamic transitions when appropriate
•Design engaging intros and outros that fit the channel's brand
•Add captions/subtitles for emphasis, humor, and accessibility
•Sync edits with voice commentary, reactions, sound effects, and music
•Select and add background music that fits the mood, pacing, and emotional moments of the video to enhance engagement and storytelling
•Use zooms, memes, sound cues, and comedic timing to enhance storytelling
•Maintain consistent pacing that keeps viewers watching
•Help develop a recognizable editing style for the channel
•Optimize videos for YouTube performance (watch time, engagement, replay value)
•Provide creative feedback and engagement strategies, including tips and suggestions on how I can improve recordings, delivery, and overall video ideas to help increase viewer retention and subscriber growth

•Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
•Ability to create motion graphics (After Effects experience is a plus)
•Excellent understanding of YouTube editing trends across reaction content, gaming videos, and comedic skits

•Ability to add engaging captions and on-screen text
•Knowledge of pacing for retention and viewer engagement
