Responsibilities
* Lead month‑end reporting and deliver insightful management accounts to support strategic decision‑making.
* Manage a range of financial processes, including ledger reconciliation, budgeting and automation advancements.
* Produce weekly cash‑flow reporting and forecasts.
* Handle Partial Exemption VAT duties.
* Drive process improvement projects, promoting efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining compliance.
* Assist with audit processes and maintain robust financial controls to support the organisation’s growth ambitions.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
* Advanced Excel knowledge (including macros); experience with Power BI highly desirable.
* Proven ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with others.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships at all levels.
