Director of Cyber Security (Regulatory & IAM Focus)
Hybrid (London-based) | £130,000 – £190,000+ DOE
We’re supporting a global technology and services leader as they continue to expand a consulting-led cyber security practice at pace. With a well-established infrastructure heritage and a fast-evolving advisory function, they’re hiring a Director-level Cyber Security Consultant to help lead and shape this next phase of growth.
This is a senior role for someone with deep domain expertise in cyber regulation, identity & access management (IAM), and cloud readiness. You’ll bring the ability to operate at board level, build trusted client relationships, and lead large-scale, high-impact programmes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Advising clients on regulatory and cyber resilience strategy, including frameworks such as DORA and best practices in IAM
* Leading end-to-end client engagements from design through to delivery
* Playing a visible role in shaping and scaling a fast-growing cyber practice
* Developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities and contributing to go-to-market strategy
* Mentoring and leading internal teams, with the opportunity to grow your own practice area
What we’re looking for:
* Strong consulting experience in cyber security, regulation, and IAM
* Proven ability to build and lead client relationships at C-suite level
* A background in designing and delivering complex cyber programmes
* A passion for both business development and people leadership
* Strategic understanding of cyber resilience across modern cloud environments

Package:
£130,000 – £190,000 base salary, with flexibility for outstanding individuals
