Alumwell Infant School School Administrator Grade 4 £17,122 - £18,250 (Actual) Alumwell Infant School wish to appoint a school administrator as soon as possible to join our busy office. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a school office environment. The post is for four days per week (Tuesday – Friday) 8.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m. with ½ hour lunch. 28 hours per week. Along with complex reception/office duties associated with a Grade 4 post, the successful applicant will have A sound financial background. The ability to analyse and evaluate data/information and produce reports/information/data as required. Provide personal, administrative and organisational support to other staff. Have a sound knowledge of Arbor, producing and updating data Have a sound knowledge of attendance, reporting to the Head teacher, EWO and governors. Monitor and manage stock within an agreed budget, cataloguing resources and undertaking audits as required.
