Role Overview

You will be supported by our Home Office teams for clinical support and by Area Managers to maximize your role's impact. Regular updates and feedback on your performance will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the entire optical operation, including managing Optometrists and Optical assistants.
* Ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
* Review sales forecasts and department targets.
* Handle customer queries effectively.
* Manage clinic operations and shop floor processes to meet customer needs.
* Collaborate with Optometrists to coach and develop team members.
* Organize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills
* Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC.
* On track to meet CPD statutory points requirements.
* Confident in coaching and providing excellent patient care.
* Driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
* Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced optics environment.
* Organized with effective time management skills.
