Injection Moulding Setter | Rochdale | £34,000 £40,000Looking for a hands-on role where youre trusted to run the shift, fix problems, and keep production moving?This is an Injection Moulding Setter position within a well-established manufacturer producing high-quality technical plastic components.The roleYoull be responsible for running injection moulding machines and managing shift performance, with a focus on output, quality, and continuous improvement.Rotating shift pattern (weekly) - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pmKey responsibilities:Setting and operating a range of injection moulding machinesCarrying out tool changes and working with various polymersMonitoring scrap, downtime and production performanceTroubleshooting faults and supporting breakdownsCarrying out quality checks and ensuring standards are maintainedSupporting and training operators on shiftMaintaining safe working practices and good housekeepingEssential experienceExperience working on multiple injection moulding machinesExperience working with a range of polymers/materialsProven troubleshooting and fault-finding abilityPeople management / operator support experienceStrong communication skills at all levelsDesirableExperience with dryers, water heaters or auxiliary equipmentFLT / slingingExperience writing SOPs or delivering trainingInterested?Send over a brief overview of your injection moulding experience, including machines, materials, and shift responsibility.TPBN1_UKTJ
