Creative Development Curator & Producer
. This is a senior, pivotal role designed for someone who thrives on pushing creative boundaries and shaping ideas that truly matter.

The Role
This position sits on the senior leadership team, shaping the creative vision and programming over the next 1–3 years. You'll have the freedom to imagine, design, and commission contemporary work across multiple formats, live performance, screen, digital, and beyond, ensuring every project resonates with audiences and contributes to the organisation's mission.
You'll lead the development pipeline from concept to green light, balancing big-picture artistic ambition with practical production planning. This is part curator, part producer, part catalyst – a role for someone who is excited by experimentation, committed to integrity, and skilled at nurturing collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape the creative programme across stage, screen, audio, and digital.
* Drive ideation and research & development, cultivating new and unexpected collaborations.
* Curate fresh voices, overlooked talent, and disruptive ideas.
* Oversee feasibility, production specifications, and green-light processes.
* Champion creative integrity while ensuring financial and operational sustainability.
* Work closely with senior leaders on partnerships, business development, and marketing.
* Represent the organisation with artists, venues, funders, and stakeholders in the UK and internationally.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a creative leader with:
* Proven experience developing and producing contemporary creative work across multiple formats.
* Strong curatorial instincts, with the ability to spot talent and ideas that others miss.
* Senior-level experience working with stakeholders, funders, and partners.
* A solutions-driven mindset, combining wit, resilience, and clear decision-making.
* Excellent organisational and financial management skills.
* A natural collaborator who can inspire, motivate, and delegate effectively.
* An interest in culture, media, and how creativity can shape critical thinking in society.
Desirable Extras
* Workshop design and facilitation experience.
* Knowledge of marketing, PR, and audience development strategies.
* Familiarity with London and UK live performance and multi-media sectors.
