We offer fast-paced service in high street locations with quality products including sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at great value.
We are seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities include:
* Managing daily shop operations
* Driving sales growth
* Training, developing, and motivating staff
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance
* Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve goals
Requirements include retail management experience, preferably in a food environment, and a strong work ethic with a proactive "can do" attitude.
