Job Description
3. Manage the Founder's diary, in-box management scheduling meetings, and appointments with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
5. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
6. Act as the first point of contact, handling calls and emails on behalf of the Founder.
7. Organise and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring easy accessibility.
8. Support the Founder in meeting preparation, including agenda creation
9. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
10. Anticipate the needs of the Founder and proactively address tasks to optimise efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA to Founder should have:
11. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role within Property sector
12. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
14. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
15. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
16. Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
17. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
