Hours: 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility available)

Responsibilities
* Lead or assist in the production of high‑quality design work and detailed drawings and specifications.
* Manage commercial performance of projects, preparing detailed plans and resource schedules.
* Run projects on site, supporting the team through all stages of design and construction.
* Evaluate and advise on environmental, legal and regulatory issues.
* Participate in the detailed design process and coordinate design information, including concept and detailed drawings.
Qualifications
* Excellent design capabilities and technical/detailed skills, with experience in team management.
* Knowledge of all current regulations and procurement methods, contract administration, site supervision, project management and CDM regulations.
* Experience across RIBA Plan of Work 2013 and ability to resource plan and commercially manage projects.
* Proficient in BIM/REVIT and IT/CAD packages such as AutoCAD, Twinmotion, Adobe Design Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel.
