Elite Mobile Ltd is experiencing unprecedented growth. As the distribution arm of the UKs largest Pay As You Go SIM card company, and with a rapidly expanding vape business in the convenience sector, the opportunities ahead are limitless.
We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and hands-on Team Leader to join our team in Midlands area covering Manchester, Merseyside, East Midlands and West Midlands and lead the growth of our SIM card and e-cigarette product lines.
Your Role:
As a key team leader in the field, you will:
Work closely with Field Sales Executives to drive performance and achieve targets.
Train, coach, and motivate your team to secure new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Play an active role in recruiting high-performing sales executives.
Keep your team up to date with the latest product and service knowledge.
What Were Looking For:
Youll be successful in the role of team leader if you have:
A competitive edge and passion for B2B sales.
Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
A confident leadership style with a focus on results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A full UK driving licence
