The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
* An ability to comfortably and efficiently handle a residential conveyancing caseload that consists of sales and purchases, deeds of easement and variation, auction sales, sale and purchase of leasehold and new build purchases
* Comfortable interacting with clients in face to face meetings
* Ability to build long lasting and productive relationships with local estate agents
This firm are looking for a driven, personable and level-headed individual with either a proven track record of handling high-volume caseloads and working closely with local estate agents, or someone who can demonstrate that they are ready to make that step up.
