* To effectively & efficiently manage a team of operators:
* To attain the best possible output whilst meeting all quality standards
* To work safely at all times.
* To proactively suggest any potential process improvement
* To develop and encourage your team.
Supporting the wider team (e.g. Supervisor/Engineering/Mixing and Quality).
Shift Patterns:
* Monday to Thursday - 6:30 -15:30
* Friday - 6:30 - 12:30
Pay Rates:
* Trainee CM - £13.02
* Grade 1 - £14.02
* Grade 2 - £14.69
* Grade 3 - £15.35
* Grade 4 - £15.53
