Tasks
* Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, while respecting their dignity and preferences.
* Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to healthcare professionals and family members as necessary.
* Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and maintain accurate records of all care-related activities.
* Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation to promote mental and emotional well-being, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar caregiving role, preferably within personal care services.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals.
* Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, such as lifting or transferring clients safely.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to provide emotional support.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the client's needs.
