Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist patients warmly, managing calls and emails efficiently.
* Schedule appointments and maintain an organized reception area.
* Handle patient check-ins, paperwork, payments, and billing inquiries.
* Collaborate with dental staff for seamless appointment coordination.
* Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
* Previous dental or medical receptionist experience preferred.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Familiarity with dental procedures and software is advantageous.
Requirements:
* Full-time availability, including flexibility for evenings and occasional weekends.
* Reliable transportation for commuting to the Weston Super Mare practice.
