FT Recruitment is delighted to be supporting one of our energy-focused and global clients as they look to recruit an experienced payroll professional into the role of Payroll Administrator. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. Our client offer hybird working, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Key duties:
* Maintain and update employee payroll records in Workday, including new starters, leavers, and contract changes.
* Support the recording and processing of statutory leave information.
* Calculate and process allowances, bonuses, overtime, and holiday pay accruals.
* Administer overseas tax requirements and salary sacrifice benefits, including pension schemes and auto-enrolment.
* Update weekly and monthly payroll data spreadsheets and assist with payroll journals and recharge processes.
* Manage payroll mailbox queries promptly and support the preparation of P60s, P11Ds, and employee balance statements.
Candidates will ideally have a strong payroll background, whilst being available at short notice.
