Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement long- and short-term sales strategies aligned with corporate growth goals.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new business opportunities across the UK.
Cultivate strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, consultants, and contractors to influence project specifications and drive sales.
Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and mentor the UK sales team to deliver exceptional performance and continuous growth.
Performance Management : Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and utilize CRM tools to analyze data and improve sales efficiency.
Lead high-level negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management.
Develop and manage the UK sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and return on investment.
Reporting & Insights : Provide regular updates to the Global Sales Director on sales progress, market intelligence, and strategic shifts.
7–10+ years of sales and business development experience in architecture, lighting, or construction sectors
~ Experience working with design professionals and project stakeholders in a technical sales environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Strong leadership and people management abilities
Deep understanding of the project sales cycle within the built environment
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Capsule or HubSpot) and data-driven sales forecasting
Based in London or Winchester – able to travel within UK/Europe
