We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to step into a Renewable Energy desk with warm clients and genuine momentum.
Set within a high‑growth, future‑focused sector, this role is open to both experienced 360 recruiters and commercially driven sales or business development professionals looking to build a long‑term career in recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and developing a contract desk within your market
* Winning new clients through business development and relationship building
* Managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
* Sourcing, qualifying, and placing contract professionals
* Building long‑term relationships with contractors and hiring managers
* Contributing to the growth of the business, with future scope to build and manage a team
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant
* Proven business development experience with strong communication skills
* Resilient, driven, and commercially minded
* Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability
* Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long‑term
