Director – Cyber Security & Digital Resilience
Up to £190,000 + Bonus | Strategic Consulting | UK Hybrid
We’re launching a new elite consulting unit at the intersection of Cyber, AI, Data and Cloud — and we need a Senior Director of Cyber Security to help define its future.
This is more than a delivery role. It’s a chance to help build a modern security consulting business from the ground up — backed by serious investment, global capability, and a leadership team who want bold thinkers, not box tickers.
You’ll own a critical vertical focused on IAM design and DORA-driven security strategy, combining technical depth with commercial drive.
The role:
* Define and deliver IAM + cyber resilience strategy for enterprise clients
* Shape client offerings, drive thought leadership, and support deal origination
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams across delivery and consulting
* Influence the overall direction of the security practice
You should have:
* Extensive IAM and regulatory experience (esp. DORA)
* Management consulting or advisory background
* Comfort operating at exec/CISO level – you’ll shape the agenda
* A builder mindset – you see opportunity in ambiguity and have the drive to act
