Job Title:Sales Negotiator

Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a hunger to succeed in a sales-driven environment. As a Sales Negotiator, youll play a key role in driving property sales from start to finish, working in a supportive team with strong progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Registering new buyers and understanding their requirements
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Providing regular feedback to vendors and building strong client relationships
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
* Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
* Working towards individual and team sales targets
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in estate agency or a targeted sales environment preferred
* If not the above, a keen interest to get into property plus the drive to succeed in a Sales heavy role
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
* Confident, proactive, and highly motivated
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong negotiation skills and a professional manner
* Knowledge of the local property market (preferred but not essential)
Package and Benefits:
* £23,000 basic salary with OTE up to £30,000
* Monday to Friday, 9am5pm 1 in every 2 Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)
