Description
Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records and update the accounting system regularly.
Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
Respond to supplier queries and build positive relationships with vendors.
Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations.Profile
A successful Accounts Payable candidate should have:
Experience working within an accounts payable or similar finance role.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
An understanding of financial processes and reconciliations.
