Are you a paid media enthusiast looking to join a supportive and growing SME business that works with lifestyle brands? Hectic People are looking for a Paid Media Executive on behalf of vvast, to join their central Bristol office, on a full-time, permanent basis, who shares their passion for their business, eCommerce, and the brands they work with.

About the role - Paid Media Executive

Working closely with the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic to brands’ ecommerce websites with support from the wider team and line manager. There is the opportunity to grow and develop within the business in this role.


The main responsibilities for the Paid Media Executive include but are not limited to:

* Managing paid media marketing for brands, delivering on revenue and ROAS targets with support from line manager where needed
* Leading calls with smaller brands and collaborating with colleagues on larger brands
* Managing all areas of paid media – Feed optimisation, display, retargeting, audience/asset creation and optimisation etc
* Creating and testing ad copy/messaging on all platforms, ensuring brand tone is maintained across various sites/languages
* Creating and executing paid media campaigns in line with each brand’s trade plan
* Maintaining and protecting the brand within relevant advertising platforms
* Reviewing, analysing, and reporting on traffic growth and performance; supporting presentation of insights to brands and sharing opportunities with the trade team
* Proposing, planning, and delivering strategies for brand growth
* Optimising campaigns to meet best practice standards and campaign goals

The ideal candidate will have experience in paid media campaigns, familiarity with Google Ads, and ideally experience with account management in an agency setting and Meta ads. A background as a Digital Marketing Assistant, Paid Media Assistant, or similar is desirable. Passion for our company values and the brands we work with is essential.
