Tech Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to customers across various Telecoms and IT technology platforms.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as working with installation engineers to provide pre and post installation support.

1. Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
2. Knowledge of key systems such as 8x8 and 3CX.
3. Experience with different types of internet connectivity, including leased lines, FTTP, and SOGEA.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
