Your new role
As a New Home Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with developers to price new developments and provide expert advice on optimal housing mixes and unit sizes.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Conducting property viewings (both individual and open houses) with a proactive approach to converting viewings into successful reservations.
2. Overseeing the entire sales process, both from reservation to contract exchange, mortgage arrangements, surveys andpletion.
3. Managing accounts and coordinating payments with developers.
4. Providing exceptional customer support by handling daily enquiries related to various developments.
5. Attending site meetings as needed to ensure seamlessmunication and project updates.
What you'll need to succeed

7. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in pricing and documentation.
8. Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.

10. Driving Licence and access to a car: A clean and valid UK driving licence is essential for site visits and client meetings.
