Overview
Residential/ House-building Recruitment Consultant – £20,000 – £32,000 plus High Commission. Location: Kingston; Regions: London, South East.
Responsibilities
* Recruit management staff within the Residential Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis across Construction disciplines.
* Recruit for large national Contractors or Developers and/or regional smaller contractors and developers.
* Staff you recruit will be in management roles (e.g., Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Technical Managers, Construction Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Technical Design Managers, etc.).
* Develop and grow your section and have the opportunity to manage your own team with support from Senior Management.
* Headhunt prospective candidates with entrepreneurial flair; leverage knowledge of Construction & Residential sectors. Training available to enhance headhunting skills.
Qualifications and attributes
* Entrepreneurial flair, fiercely motivated, committed and passionate about recruitment.
* Good working knowledge of Construction & Residential sectors.
* Ability and desire to headhunt candidates.
* Willingness to develop headhunting skills; Pinnacle has a track record of training recruiters to improve billings and earnings.
