SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist Settings (ASD, SEMH, MLD/SLD/PMLD)
Location: Various roles available across specialist settings in London
Start Date: Ongoing opportunities - immediate and upcoming starts
Contract Type: Full-time & part-time, term-time only
Salary: 80- 120 per day or up 32,000 pro-rate, depending on contract term

Whether your background is in ASD, SEMH, or working with pupils with complex physical and learning difficulties, we're looking for dedicated, resilient, and nurturing individuals to join a range of specialist school environments.
We're currently supporting a number of well-regarded SEN schools and provisions that cater for children and young people aged 4-19 with needs including:
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Moderate, Severe and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD/PMLD)
Your role will involve:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroom
* Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, and emotional regulation needs
* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver tailored interventions
* Helping students access learning in a safe, structured and supportive environment
What we're looking for:
* Prior experience in SEN settings, care roles or relevant transferable experience
* A calm, patient and compassionate nature
* An understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* A genuine commitment to supporting children with additional needs
